CAMPUS APARTMENTS ANNOUNCES PARTNERSHIP WITH TEAM IMPACT
$100,000 donation to fuel partnership engaging nationwide support of
employees and residents to help fulfill nonprofit’s mission

PHILADELPHIA, PA – August 3, 2023
Campus Apartments, a national leader in the development and management of university-affiliated real estate, announced its new partnership today with Team IMPACTa non-profit organization that matches children facing serious illness and disability with college sports teams.

Driven by their shared dedication to making a positive impact in the communities they serve, Campus Apartments and Team IMPACT are joining forces to amplify Team IMPACT’s mission of building mutually beneficial relationships between children and collegiate teams, promoting a sense of belonging, empowerment, and resilience. To do so, Campus Apartments will be donating $100,000 over the course of the next four years. With a nationwide reach of thousands of residents and employees who are eager to support Campus Apartments' community-based efforts, this partnership with Team IMPACT will expand the non-profit's exposure and help change the lives of its courageous children.

“We are on a mission to ensure all children battling serious illness have the team of support they need to thrive, and all student-athletes have something bigger to strive for beyond wins and losses,” said Seth Rosenzweig, Chief Executive Officer of Team IMPACT. “That’s why we’re thrilled to partner with Campus Apartments. Through this collaboration, we will bring campus communities across the country together to support even more kids.”

As part of the relationship, Campus Apartments will launch a range of on-campus and on-property initiatives to encourage involvement from employees, residents, and community stakeholders across the nation, create a team of non-athlete brand ambassadors, and engage in Team IMPACT's existing slate of events and fundraising efforts, including the upcoming All In 5K being held this fall.
