Campus Apartments Earns Mental Health America’s Platinum Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health
National recognition underscores industry leadership in employee well-being

PHILADELPHIA, PA – May 4, 2026Campus Apartments, a national leader in university-affiliated real estate development and management, announced today it has earned the 2026 Platinum Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health from Mental Health America (MHA)—the program’s highest and most selective level of recognition. The achievement builds on Campus’ three consecutive years earning Gold status (2023–2025), marking a significant advancement in the company’s long-term commitment to employee mental health and well-being.

Since its launch in 2019, the Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health has recognized hundreds of organizations positively impacting more than 5.1 million employees nationwide. Fewer than two in five employers meet the rigorous criteria required to earn the Bell Seal at any level, with Platinum status reserved for organizations that demonstrate exceptional, measurable commitment across workplace culture, benefits, compliance and wellness programs.

“We’re incredibly proud to earn Mental Health America’s Platinum Bell Seal certification,” said Helen Marshall, executive vice president & chief people officer at Campus Apartments. “This recognition reflects our commitment to building a workplace where every team member feels seen, heard, supported and empowered. Mental health has always been embedded in our culture, and we’re continuously strengthening how that support shows up across the employee experience.”

A key driver of Campus’ continued recognition is its “A Bigger Campus” platform, which is designed to strengthen connection, belonging and well-being across the employee experience. The initiative brings together service opportunities, partnerships, wellness resources and recognition programs that reinforce Campus’ commitment to supporting its people and communities in practical, everyday ways.

MHA’s comprehensive evaluation process is informed by leading health and workplace organizations and reflects best-in-class standards across industries. As a Platinum Bell Seal recipient, Campus joins a notable community of forward-thinking employers spanning 21 industries across 40 states and the District of Columbia.

Building on this momentum, Campus will continue to invest in programs, benefits and experiences that prioritize employee well-being, recognizing that a mentally healthy workforce is foundational to long-term success.
